Tang Sancai is a type of tricolor (usually green, brown, and white) lead-glazed pottery used to decorate the tombs of royalty and aristocrats during the Tang dynasty. In addition to jars, vases, and bowls; animal and human figures called mingqi were made. Tang Sancai was produced mainly the Henan and Hebei Provinces of China.
